The Riverbank

High in the frosted mountains, a traveller found a cold silver river flowing through stone and ice. Mesmerized by its beauty, he could not bring himself to leave. He built a small camp beside the river. Each morning, the air carried bright citrus from wild trees, while moss and damp earth softened the cold rocks beneath his feet.
