Return and Refunds

At Scentari, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund guidelines below:

 

Return Window

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product. To be eligible, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

 

How to Request a Return

Email us at info@scentari.in or contact us through our website with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions after verifying the request.

 

Refund Method

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.

A flat deduction of ₹150 will apply to all refunds to cover shipping and handling charges.

The remaining order amount will be refunded. Refunds may take 7–10 business days to reflect in your account.

 

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted if:

• The product is damaged due to customer mishandling

• The return is initiated without prior communication
