All orders are processed within 1 week (7 days) from the date of payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

Shipping charges for an order is waived off if the order amount is greater than 449/- INR across India unless mentioned otherwise during promotional offers or on specific products.

 

3. Delivery Timelines

After dispatch, deliveries usually take 2–7 business days, depending on your location. Please note: Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or remote delivery zones.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with your tracking number and courier partner details.

Please ensure that all shipping details (name, address, and contact number) are accurate. Scentari is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

7. Damaged Packages
